Interpersonal Communication* can be used by teachers, youth program administrators, guidance counselors, religious leaders, and other adult community members who mentor youth between the ages of 14 and 18. This Toastmasters-created content can be used to support students working to improve their interpersonal communication skills.
The Interpersonal Communication module is flexible. Use all lessons or just parts of each, depending on your group's needs.
The Team Member Manual contains short readings and group activity supplements.
You do not have to be a Toastmasters member to share the benefits of this module.
You can alternatively purchase the
Interpersonal Communication Kit,
which includes both the Team Leader Manual and 10 copies of the Team Member Manual.
